Shipping policy
Our processing time is 3 - 5 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays); however we strive to exceed your expectations and most times can get your order out within 48 hours with orders being placed by 11 a.m. CST Monday through Thursday. Any order received after 11 a.m. CST on Friday is considered, received, on the next business day (Monday).
Please Note: Processing time and Shipping time are different. Processing is the time it takes for us to produce your items. Shipping time is determined by the shipping carrier and is the amount of time it takes for your items to be delivered to you once it's in the possession of the carrier.
RUSH Orders: If you need an order rushed, we can do so for a small additional fee. The order still needs to be placed by 11 a.m. CST and at checkout, you would need to choose UPS Next Day Air.
Shipping Disclaimer: Ownership of packages turned over to the USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
If a package is delayed or not received, a claim would need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
