GOODS GUARANTEE

We guarantee all the rights of customers when coming to JGA Blanks. If there’s a problem with your product, we’ll gladly work with you to repair the problem by providing a solution.

REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you have received a defective or wrong item, please reach us directly via our chat option or call and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.

In case of defective or damaged goods, you don't even have to return your package. We will send a replacement to you (No extra fee).

Our replacement and refund policy lasts 30 days since your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship the orders from our facility within 48-72hours of receiving it. And it usually delivers in 3-7 days. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.

WRONG SIZE RECEIVED
If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of rendering custom items in this case.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :)  

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
In case, you want to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us within 4 hours since your purchase is customized. Please provide us with an order number and the adjustment that you would like to make. We’ll review and send a confirmation once the changes have been made.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, there will be a 1-3 day processing period followed by a 48/72 hours shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 3-7 days to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, you can select Rush for a fee,  please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
 
MAY I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed within 24-48 hours. Email: barjordan@yahoo.com with your order number or name if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience.
Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
 
WILL YOU EMAIL ME WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.   
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF I TYPE IN THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If it has been sent out, you will be responsible for us to reship or recreate the merchandise for you, If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at barjordan@yahoo.com & we will change it to the correct address.
 
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept Credit card payments, PayPal , Afterpay , Sezzle, Klarna . You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
